Desert Nights Camp - Wahiba Sands
Desert Nights Camp, located in the stunning Wahiba Sands of Oman, is a luxurious desert retreat that offers a unique glamping experience. This camp combines the raw beauty of the desert with commendable facilities, providing guests with an unforgettable stay under the stars. I had the opportunity to shoot the entire Aitken Spence Hotels (Omanhotels) portfolio on two separate occasions, and Desert Nights Camp always stood out for its challenges and rawness, but also for its breathtaking location and beauty.
This project was one of my first major ventures into the hospitality industry, and I hold a very soft corner for it. The initial shoot at Desert Nights Camp created fond memories and was pivotal in launching my career in hospitality photography.

I have had the pleasure of shooting Al Falaj Hotel on numerous occasions, and it holds a special place in my heart as one of my first hotel shoots. Situated in the heart of Muscat, Al Falaj Hotel blends modern amenities with traditional Omani hospitality, catering to both business and leisure travelers. Looking back over the years, I always feel a sense of nostalgia, recalling the experiences and growth that started with this particular hotel.
Sur Plaza Hotel, part of OmanHotels and Aitken Spence Hotels, is located in the coastal town of Sur. This hotel combines comfort and convenience, offering an ideal base for exploring the region's historic sites and natural beauty. My experiences shooting Sur Plaza Hotel have been memorable, contributing to its visual appeal and showcasing its welcoming atmosphere.
Al Wadi Hotel Sohar was once part of Omanhotels but has since separated. I had the privilege of shooting this property twice—initially capturing its traditional look and later documenting its transformation into a more modern aesthetic. This experience highlighted the evolution of the hotel while preserving its unique charm and heritage.
Ruwi Hotel, now rebranded as Golden Tulip Headington Ruwi, is located in the vibrant commercial area of Ruwi in Muscat. This hotel continues to offer excellent hospitality and modern amenities, catering to both business and leisure travelers.
